Kak Athirah was admitted to USM a few days back. Dengue. I really hope she get well soon; I don’t fancy the fact that one of my seniors is in bed instead of being alive and kicking.

Pray for her we must and visit her we should. Bring along fruits and tea; good for health it is.

Conclusion: Keeping yourself updated with the current progress of your respected seniors is not a bad thing to do.

A girl can’t live without dilemma, can she?

Tomorrow there’s going to be some sort of game tournament at this TM Expo. I’m a participant along with some other students.

Malek-sensei opened the game portal at school and show us the game beforehand. Since there’s only one internet-enabled computer at the lab, all the boys crowded in front of it, giving no chance for us girls to play it.

Some time later…

"Atiqah, tak nak try main game tu ke?" Ustaz Malek asked me currently sitting outside the hall, staring at nothing.

"Tak pe lah ustaz." I grinned. "Biarlah banin yang tak de internet dekat rumah main dulu, saya boleh main dekat rumah."

"Humph. Berlagak."

That word. That’s the second time he ever said that to me.

I’m… annoyed? Irked?

That ‘p’ word is aptly matched here, but I’ve promised I won’t use that word again.

I think I was shot dead, reincarnated, decapitated, reincarnated, cremated and reincarnated back by his comment. TT-TT

How could he? He’s my sensei, for God sake!

Anyway, I told Bob about it. More like in passing. Bob [a.k.a Nusaibah Adam] said:

"Jangan layan sangat ape yang ustaz kata tu… Kata-kata dia tadi tu cam Hadith Daif; tak boleh diamal atau dibuat hujah, melainkan mendekati Hadith Sahih atau Hasan."

"Maksud awak, kata-kata ustaz tu cam Hadith Maudu’ la?"

"Hadith Maudu’ teruk sangat…sian dia."

We both shared a warm-hearted laugh.

Conclusion: We all love to joke, but we should filter our choice of words before we end up scratching someone’s fragile heart.

Conclusion 2: Study Quran Sunnah with all your so-called fragile heart.

Cikgu Rohana the Chemistry extra class teacher told the class this this evening.

"Zinc [Zn], will react with copper (II) oxide [CuO] to produce zinc oxide [ZnO] and copper [Cu].

Before that, the force of attraction between copper and oxide has to be overcomed before zinc can bond with oxide."

Dalam Bahasa Melayu, bahasa ibunda tercinta: Sebelum zink nak bergabung dengan oksida, kuprum dengan oksida mestilah bercerai terlebih dahulu.

Conclusion: Kalau perempuan nak kahwin lain, dia mestilah bercerai dulu.

Conclusion 2: Atiqah is a serious nutcase needing immediate medical attention.

Today’s the seventh day of the three-week long Mid Term Exam. Tedious, as always. And not to mention a drag.

The complicated papers [Arabic, Hafazan, Quran Sunnah, Syariah Islamiyyah (yes, in that order)], the lovable ones [Malay, History, EST, Tajwid] and the okay one [Chemistry] have been completed, now it’s the migraine-inducing papers [Add Math, Physics] and the awaited ones [Bioslogos, Math, English] need to be beaten down.

I suppose I should be studying now, but a self-proclaimed genius has to do what a self-proclaimed genius should do. I’ve made a special study timetable and I get along pretty well with it.

I’m currently busy downloading animes. And finishing up the fiction I’ve promised Miharu-neechan.

And of course, updating my blog whenever I feel like.

Should stop now. Have a nice day, minna-san!~
