“Those who witness no falsehood, and, if they pass by futility, they pass by it with honourable (avoidance).” [25:72]
We studied Biology today, the most sensitive and interesting yet laughable topic ever: Reproduction. [a.k.a Chapter 4]
We talked about the subtopic Premenstrual Syndrome [PMS]. Well, it’s basically a female condition that occurs during a week or two before their menstrual cycle.
During this period, they’ll change a little physically, mentally and emotionally due to the imbalance of oestrogen and progesterone in their body.
The results? Utter discomfort that could lead to irritatibility, headaches, abdominal pain, mood swings, etc.
Muallimah Hanani told the class that, "Awak semua kene tahu condition ni, and kenelah faham kalau ade perempuan yang tetibe je mood berubah. Janganlah pergi marah dia pulak."
Class laughed.
"Nanti, nak kene faham keadaan isteri awak jugak, kan? Betul tak, Ubaidah?"
Class rocked with laughter.
FYI, the KP is the centre of all jokes nowadays. You should sit in class and just laugh at all the jokes cracked at him. But we did it not out of disrespect, please.
For added info, I found this piece of phrase while reading online: PMS is every woman’s right to be a bitch.
Aptly spoken? I dunno. I do think we can control ourselves, regardless of how high the oestrogen level is.
Good day, people.
p/s: I’ve been missing my Friendster blog. I plan on writing on the 29th July, but I was stuck with my wallowing in self-pity so, you know what happened.
